By purchasing a service through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services and personal responsibility

I provide tarot readings for personal and reflective purposes. Tarot readings involve interpretation and are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

A tarot reading should not be relied upon as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Booking and payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Prices displayed on the website are the total prices payable for the relevant service.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled reading for a full refund or to reschedule. Email katrina@thefreaktarot.com to arrange a cancellation refund.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or where you do not attend your appointment, the session fee will ordinarily be non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. I may, at my discretion, offer a refund or allow you to reschedule.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

‘Instant Insights’ are a non-refundable service.

4. Privacy

I respect your privacy and only use your personal information where it's needed to manage bookings, process payments and provide my services.

When you book a reading or contact me, I collect basic information such as your name, email address and booking details.

The insights tarot reveals are more effectively interpreted over time. Therefore, I keep notes on the cards and/or discussions of sessions to build upon past readings. All session records and notes are treated as confidential.

I use third-party services to operate my website, process payments and provide my services. These include Squarespace, Acuity, Square Payments, Stripe and Zoom.

Payments made through this website are processed through Squarespace Payments and Stripe. Payments made in-person are processed through Square Payments. I do not receive or store your full card payment details. Those providers collect and handle your information according to their own privacy policies.

I don't sell your personal information. I take reasonable care to protect the information you share with me and only keep it for as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.

5. Consumer guarantees

My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
